Making a Reservation:

Planetarium lessons are presented Monday - Friday. The time can be arranged to conveniently meet your schedule.

To make reservations. please select a lesson, approximate date (week of:), and time, then call (651)293-5398, e-mail como.planetarium@spps.org, or download and print a visit request form, fill it out and fax it to: (651) 293-5375. The staff is usually working in the planetarium, so if you call, you will have to leave a message. Please leave multiple ways you can be contacted.

Price:

Admission is $5.00 per person. This rate applies to all students, chaperones, parents and bus drivers.

Group Size:

Minimum size for group reservations is 30. If you have fewer than 30, you may join a larger group. The Planetarium has 60 fixed seats.

780 West Wheelock Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55117.

Como Planetarium is located one half block east of Como Lake on Wheelock Parkway, five blocks east of Dale St.. It is located in Como Park Elementary. It is not located in Como Park.

Buses:

Buses should unload and load at the planetarium entrance which is off of the small parking lot on the Northwest side of the building.

Restrooms and other facilities:

Small restrooms are located close to the planetarium. Drinking fountains are not close by. Lunchrooms or restaurants are not available.
